Casa Grande is an 11,700 sq ft historic residence in the heart of Miramar, originally built in 1910 by architect Antonin Nechodoma, a disciple of Frank Lloyd Wright. Reflecting the Spanish Bungalow style—an architectural response to tropical climates—the casona has been thoughtfully restored and modernized by Linea Atelier in collaboration with restoration expert arch. Pablo Ojeda. Now home to co-working brand Piloto151, the two-story structure blends historic character with contemporary function meeting all the needs of a co-working space without losing its historic charm.
