Tucked within the colonial streets of Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, this project involved the thoughtful remodel of a historic residence. The home was redesigned to include a multiple-bedroom layout, an inviting inner courtyard, and a new sunken pool—bringing a fresh sense of luxury to the traditional structure. The design carefully balanced the home’s historic character with modern comfort, creating a serene retreat in the heart of the city.
