Set within a historic colonial building on Plaza de Armas in Old San Juan, this remodel transformed the former multi-purpose space known as the Gallery into a refined reception area, mail room, private desk zone, and kitchenette. The design respects the building’s original character, preserving its inner patios and architectural details while introducing modern functionality. A new skylight was added to enclose one of the patios, filtering natural light into the space and enhancing the connection between heritage and contemporary use.
